In the Night Garden Episodes and Characters

In the Night Garden...is a TV program for very small kids, age range 1 to 4 years old, that was produced by Ragdoll Productions for BBC TV and aired from March of 2007 to March of 2009. Its creators made it to be a show that helped youngsters wind down from their day and get ready for bedtime, for that age range is the time when little kids are trying to assert some liberty and control and are consequently sometimes uncooperative with their mothers and fathers about going to bed. These titles alone propose the feel of the series, and they in addition introduce a great number of of the unusual but charming characters that populate the show.

The personality In the Night Garden Iggle Piggle is played by Nick Kellington. He is a blue creature featuring a sideways red mohikan. He always has his red blanket with him, reminiscent of the blue blanket that was constantly carried all around by Linus Van Pelt of the Peanuts cartoons. He usually falls flat on his back every time he gets surprised. Igglepiggle always arrives at the start of and leaves the Night Garden at the conclusion of each and every episode. He generally comes and departs in his small boat, with his blanket becoming used as a sail. He does not speaks. Instead, he's got a bell in his left foot, a "squeak" sound in his center, and a rattle in his left hand. Upsy Daisy and Makka Pakka are his good mates.

In the Night Garden Upsy Daisy is a "girlie-girl" character portrayed by Rebecca Hyland. She has a brown complexion and wears brightly coloured outfits, and she resembles a rag doll. Upsy Daisy has a magical bed that can transport her all through the Woodland, and she from time to time requires to pursue and catch the bed when it thinks for itself. She likes blowing kisses and providing hugs. Her hair stands on end as soon as she gets astonished or thrilled. Her skirt can balloon into a tutu the moment she likes to boogie. She also owns an orange megaphone on a stand that she likes to sing through, but this does get irritating to other Garden denizens.

Makka Pakka is portrayed by performed by Justyn Towler. He is short and round and cream-colored, and dwells in a cave. Three rounded protuberances on the top and each part of his head signify stones that he loves to stack into piles. He loves stacking items, which could possibly include other characters, as he is a neat-nick.
